HELP.EXE

This document describes the program HELP, a utility which is used
under IBM PC-DOS to remind the user about specific commands.
The program may be initiated by:
HELP [command]
The command is optional. If the command is entered then only the
information for that particular command will be displayed. If the
command is not entered then a list of all the commands available
on a file is provided. The user is then allowed to select as many
commands as they wish to display.
The program displays the information kept in a file, HELP.DAT.
This means that this file may be tailored to one's specific
requirements. By editing this file the structure of the file
layout should be obvious. The file that is provided is just a
skeleton of what this file could be. If any other person would
like to create the definitive file for this program please feel
free to do so.
